Partnerships for Grassroot Initiatives

NGOs, Community Organizations, and Self-Help Groups are warmly welcomed to work with the Centre of Social Harmony, enabling them to have real impact on society.

Shaping the Research Agenda

Community leaders know what their people are struggling with. Their input ensures that the Centre's research priorities stay grounded in actual need, rather than drifting toward topics that look good in journals but mean little to the people most affected.

Volunteering & Active Participation

Community members who participate, volunteer, or co-facilitate initiatives become integral to the Centre’s mission and often become strong advocates for its work.

Spreading the Word

Academic research loses its value if it never leaves the campus. Local community networks play a vital role in carrying the Centre's findings, programs, and resources to people who need them most in languages and formats that actually land.

Honest Feedback

Community partners are encouraged to provide candid, ongoing feedback to ensure the Centre’s programs stay relevant, responsive, and truly useful.

Public Endorsements

Support from public figures and local leaders encourages community involvement and reminds people that this work belongs to everyone.

By strategically engaging with both industry and social communities, the Centre of Social Harmony ensures its work is deeply rooted in realworld needs - positioning DPGU’s School of Liberal Arts as a leading institution committed to societal well-being and positive social change.

Be an integral part of the social change

We, at DPGU SLA, want to create a place where everyone can come together, discuss issues, learn, and make efforts to resolve existing problems within communities. This centre helps our students get a deeper understanding of different topics through meaningful talks and discussions.

So take a step forward and explore this opportunity to become a learner of society at DPGU SLA by Dr. D.Y. Patil Unitech Society.
